I hereby consent, that I am aware that applying to a-connect will lead to the processing of personal data and of my personality profile. I hereby agree in my own name that such data and such profile may be used by a-connect in connection with its business, in particular for the creation of a database of independent professionals, and may be made available to third parties, in particular to clients of a-connect, in Switzerland and also abroad. If personal data are used by a-connect vis-à-vis third parties, a-connect shall use its best efforts to make sure that the third parties take measures to ensure the protection of such data.

I may, at any time, request that my profile be deleted from a-connect’s database by sending an e-mail to info@a-connect.com. In such a case, all non-contractual data will be deleted from a-connect’s files within 5 working days.
